LessonPlan PH is operated by OfCourse Training Center. We respect privacy rights and process personal data in line with applicable data-protection principles, including those reflected in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where they apply.
2. Data Controller
For personal data collected through LessonPlan PH, OfCourse Training Center acts as the operator responsible for determining how and why that data is processed in connection with the platform.
3. Lawful Basis and Purposes
We process personal data to provide accounts and platform features, generate and store lesson plans at your request, improve service quality and security, and communicate about your account. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure education tool, and consent where required (for example, certain cookies or optional communications).
